These terms apply to your use of goempireos.com and onboarding.goempireos.com (the “Sites”), which are operated by Empire OS (Pty) Ltd. By using the Sites you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

2. Our services

The Sites describe the services we offer. Descriptions, prices and examples on the Sites are general information, not an offer. When you engage us, the scope, price, payment terms, duration and any guarantee are set out in your proposal, checkout page or written agreement, and those documents govern the engagement. If they conflict with these terms, they take precedence.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Whop, and your payment is also subject to Whop’s terms. We do not receive or store your full card details.

4. Onboarding and connected accounts

To deliver our services you may give us information through our onboarding form and connect accounts such as your Meta ad account. You confirm that you are authorised to share that information and to grant that access. You allow us to use the access you grant only to deliver the services you have engaged us for. You can revoke access at any time, although parts of the service may stop working if you do. Connected platforms, including Meta, remain subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Results

Advertising and sales results depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, your market, your budget and how quickly your team follows up with leads. Unless your written agreement includes a specific guarantee, we do not promise any particular result, and any guarantee applies only on the conditions written in that agreement. Case studies on the Sites describe results for past clients and are not a prediction of yours.

6. Using the Sites

You agree not to misuse the Sites, including by trying to gain unauthorised access to them, interfering with how they work, copying them at scale with automated tools, or using them for anything unlawful.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and code on the Sites belong to Empire OS or to our licensors. You may view pages and share links to them, but you may not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The Sites link to and embed services run by other companies, such as booking calendars and payment pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Sites are provided “as is”. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not warrant that they will be free of errors or always available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Empire OS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Sites. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, or under any other law, that cannot be limited by agreement.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on the Sites when you use them is the one that applies.
